Shipping
Where do we ship to and by what method?
We ship to any location.
All orders are shipped in unmarked packages via Canada Post.
The return address is 'WegaVideo'. No other identifying marks are found on your package.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are: Flat Rate $ 10.00
How long does it take for your order to be processed?
Usually you can expect your order to arrive within 10 Business Days.
However, there are some circumstances in which some of our titles can take up to two weeks to arrive from our suppliers.

Returns and Defects Policy
What is our return policy?
WegaVideo will gladly replace any product which is found to be defective.
We do not, however, accept returns under any other circumstance.
An RMA number is required and will be issued to you. Contact us at loveshop@wegavideo.com for and RMA number.
Wegavideo.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.
You have just received your order and one of the videos is not playing properly.
DVD film:
If you encounter a problem call us for an RMA number, we will gladly ship you another after receiving the damaged DVD.
