Returns and Defects Policy
What is our return policy ?
WegaVideo.com through Wega Video will gladly replace any product which is found to be defective.
We do not, however, accept returns under any other circumstance.
An RMA number is required and will be issued to you. Contact us at
Info@WegaVideo.com for and RMA number.
WegaVideo.com is not responsible for return shipping costs.
You have just received your order and one of the videos is not playing properly.
For DVD:
If you encounter a problem call us for an RMA number, we will gladly ship you another after receiving the damaged DVD.
